Marquee size options are based on the space measurements and the number or guests expected for a seated or standing event. It is best to speak with our friendly team to discuss size options and availability.
Our installations are scheduled from Wednesday - Fridays, prior to the event date and pick up the following Monday or Tuesday after your event date, depending on the weekly schedule.
We do require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure all bookings. Once we have received the deposit, the booking is confirmed. Quotations and invoices are only valid for a 72 hour period.
Yes, we do provide a free site inspection and measure of the space. However we do require a photo of the space prior to booking a site inspection.
Delivery prices are based on your suburb location and times of delivery. For example, a weekend installation will incur a weekend delivery fee.
A cartage fee may apply to walks exceeding more than 20m, stairs and or lifts. This is based on the access points from where the team can unload to where the marquee is being installed.
We understand weather conditions can be unpredictable however we do not hold marquees without a non-refundable deposit. If you require a marquee due to the weather please reach out to our team for availability.
We recommend booking at least 4 - 6 weeks prior to your event date. During the peak season of summer and spring we would strongly advise to book at least 3 months prior to your event date.
It is completely your choice if you would like to add sides to enclose your marquee. We recommend sides to enclose the marquee in cooler seasons, raining and windy conditions. Sides can we untied and opened on the day if required. We do not redeliver additional sides after the installation. Sides are an additional cost.
Yes, we do have flooring options available. We only apply flooring to level surfaces. We are also happy to recommend vendors that can apply carpet or an astro turf finish over our flooring. We also have a wide range of lighting options available to brighten your marquee.
Yes, we stock pop up marquees for additional smaller spaces, however, only when booking a full structure marquee also.
Yes ,we have a wide range of chair and table for hire. We stock Plastic, Wimbledon, Tiffany and Chanel Chairs. We have round or standard trestle tables available in many sizes. We also stock additional hire furniture for kids and cocktail style events.
You may incur a weight hire fee for marquees installed onto concrete or tiled surfaces and in parks that councils require weights to secure the marquee.
